Mia & Hunter

Catching up and spending time with wonderful families and being able to capture some life long memories for them is simply priceless.   I love my job!

I met Nicole and her gorgeous twins Hunter and Mia in July last year.   Hunter and Mia feature in the 1^st edition of ‘A World of Twins’, black and white photography book and in March 2011 were  awarded the People’s Choice prize for their lovely photo at the Twins exhibition.

I was very excited about catching up with them and photographing them again.  We started out at the local beach to capture some beach scene shots.  We had fun playing around with their shadows on the beach and running hand in hand towards me – precious!

After the beach we dropped by their grand mother’s house who just happened to have a picturesque back yard and inviting garden day bed.  We played around in the lovely garden and also found an old half oak barrel which we got some ‘peek-a-boo’ shots.  Then back home to sneak in a few more lovely shots…I love the one of them clinging onto the pool fence and pretending they were in jail and oh yeah the cubby house was pretty cool too.

So that’s a morning snap shot of the life of a photographer, did I tell you I love my job!  Thanks Nicole, Mia and Hunter for such a fun filled morning.
